Spacious apartment with Duomo views

I chose this apartment for it's views of the Duomo - which were amazing (though there is some restoration work on the wall opposite us). No fault of the apartment, but being such a touristy spot, even in winter, it could be a little overwhelming getting through the crowds to the apartment. Plusses: spacious apartment, comfortable bed and sofa beds. Excellent heating. Minuses: The supplies felt a little mean for the price of the accomodation (two rolls of toilet paper, no tea towel, minimal dishsoap). The shower/bathroom layout is flawed. The shower cubical can barely fit an average sized person in it, and water pours through the door wetting the floor.

Outstanding apartment

2 Piazza del Duomo is an amazing location, straight opposite the Duomo. AC in all rooms, so it’s nice and cool when we come home from a long hot day. Beds are comfortable, including the sofa beds. Shower, washing basin and loo are clean and function well, curtains block almost all the light from outside at night. Overall, very pleased, well worth the cost (a bit on the high side, but you get what you pay for!) Edoardo and the check in team communicate well and respond promptly and we’re very kind in helping coordinate 2 taxis to the airport very early in the morning. Taxi service is excellent and showed up few minutes early, which is great. Made for a great holiday, and likely to come back.

Great Location

Amazing location right next to the Duomo with amazing views out of every window. Central to everything. A/C worked great during very hot August days. Small kitchen and fridge but we ate out as there amazing restaurants and cafe's as well as several small markets within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
