It is located on the 2nd and last floor of a condominium of 3 apartments, without elevator.

Léonie à la plage

Découverte d'une grande plage pleine de coquillages. Nous avons aperçu ce matin trois phoques à 25 mètres du bord de plage sans compter la multitudes sur le bands de sable de la baie. Commerçants très accueillants et agréables.

Situation idéale

L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche de la mer et de toutes commodités. Tout se fait à pied sans difficulté. Il est très bien équipé et confortable avec une décoration au goût du jour.

conforme à la description !

Logement parfaitement fonctionnel et conforme aux photos ! 10min à pieds de la plage, 1er étage, entrée autonome (boite à clé). Bonne communication avec la gérante par téléphone et sms. Seule chose que je n'ai pas aimée : la procédure d'empreinte de carte bleue pour la caution (Eviivo) qui nous a fait douter (cru avoir affaire à une arnaque)
