AUTHIE BAY GUEST HOUSE IN THE HEART OF 2 HECTARS PARC

Located in the heart of the Authie Bay, in an exceptional setting - a landscaped park with trees, with a secured pond and a tennis court - this luxury detached 65 sq. m gite has all comfort and can accommodate from 4 to 6 people.
The house is luminous, not overlooked, and has been fully refurbished in April, 2014. It has a garden area with a private external terrace in a 2 hectares park, equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and private parking space.

- 2 bedrooms carefully decorated: beds (160 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm) made upon arrival, armchairs, and wardrobes

Great Place to be

We had a great stay in this cosy, well placed and calm house. A wonderful starting point for day trips in the region. Our kids enjoyed the large space able to play free and safe. Everything for daily needs is just few minutes away. Travelling by car is a good choice

A quiet, peaceful location. The property was just as it was advertised in the listing. A little difficult to find initially partly because of some road works / diversion.Would recommend for up to four people (two double beds). The stairs are quite 'steep' and rather narrow if that would be a problem (perhaps showing my age with that comment)Lots of equipment / crockery except only 4 mugs!!

Schöner Aufenthalt bei freundlichen Gastgebern

Süßes Gästehaus auf großem Parkgrundstück. Fußläufig ist das Naturschutzgebiet mit vielen kleinen Pfaden erreichbar. Zu verschiedenen Stränden zum Baden sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren. Außerdem haben wir Ausflüge zu einer Dampfeisenbahn und einem Vogelschutzgebiet unternommen. Das Highlight für unsere Kinder war, dass wir den Tennisplatz benutzen durften. Vielen Dank besonders an Julia, die eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin ist!

Schöner Aufenthalt in Groffliers

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um das Gästehaus, welches sich direkt neben dem Haupthaus der Vermieterin auf einem weitläufigen Grundstück befindet. Das Gästehaus war gut ausgestattet und ausreichend groß, teilweise aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Excellent séjour dans une maison au calme

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. La maison était agréable dans un magnifique jardin fleuri et bien situé pour de belles balades dans la baie d'Authie et non loin des plages. Julia a répondu à toutes nos questions avec rapidité. La maison est très propre. Nous recommandons ce lieu correspondant à l'annonce pour passer des vacances reposantes.

Gite bien situé dans un magnifique cadre

La localisation est top. L'accès est sécurisé et la voiture peut être garée à l'intérieure de la propriété. La propriété possède un extérieure magnifique, cela doit être très agréable avec le beau temps. Le contact avec la propriétaire parfait. L'intérieur du gite est bien mais nous avons trouvé le terme de luxueux exagéré, la rénovation date peut être de quelques années maintenant. La literie est bonne.

Schönes Häuschen in traumhafter Lage

Das Häuschen ist Teil eines Anwesens mit Tennisplatz und Spielgeräten für Kinder. Die Lage ist traumhaft und ruhig. Bei Fragen kann man sich an die freundliche Gastgeberin in russisch, englisch oder natürlich französisch wenden. In Berck findet man die Kolonie der Robben und Seehunde. Hier lohnt sich immer ein Blick auf die Berck-Webcam. Ansonsten ist man mit dem Wagen schnell in Berck oder anderen Städtchen an der Küste. Auch im Herbst fanden wir es sehr schön.
