Topacio Powered by Solymarcalma refurbished in April 2023 is located in the emblematic 'palm garden flats' in the heart of Jandia, in front of the Natural Park El Saladar and surrounded by all the services you may need during your stay. Bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets and a long etcetera will make you have everything at hand for an unforgettable stay.



Located on the second floor, it enjoys a view of the Cosmo shopping centre. The completely open-plan flat has a small kitchen, two bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living room with smart TV. Of course the own free WiFI so you can always be connected for leisure or business.



If what you need is a holiday to disconnect from the car this is your ideal place, as you have all the services you need nearby, even the bus stop next door.

Javier war sehr nett. Die Kommunikation war problemlos, er stand uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und sauber, sodass diese sehr geeignet für einen Familienurlaub ist. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut es gab genug Lappen in der Küche, Strandtücher, Wäschetrockner, Spülmittelt etc. Die Lage war perfekt, sehr nah am Strand und an kleinen Geschäften. Der Pool war sehr groß und direkt auf der Etage der Wohnung. Dadurch, dass der Balkon tagsüber keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung abbekam, war es sehr angenehm in der Wohnung und nicht zu warm ;)
