This newly built apartment building is located in one of the most beautiful places in town – Vilnius Old Town, which is also a part of UNESCO’s World Heritage Site. Also, just around the corner of this gated community, you will see the Bastion Defense wall, which reveals a fantastic panoramic view of the city.





About

The new apartment has a unique interior, large ceiling-to-floor windows, and beautiful historical city views. In addition, the apartment has a modern heating system, air recuperation, A/C, and high-quality appliances. You will live in a calmer part of the Old Town, but in a couple of minutes on foot, you will reach the best sightseeing spots and many restaurants and cafes. 



This condo is brand new and has a modern kitchen, spacious bathroom, and a washer. The apartment is on the second floor, which you can easily reach by stairs or a lift.

Our apartment is located in a charming and peaceful part of the Old Town, where you can enjoy the authentic atmosphere of the city without the noise of nearby bars or nightclubs. Just a few steps away, you’ll find a lovely park, perfect for a quiet stroll or walking your pets.



However, if you’re looking for a more vibrant city experience, a short walk down Subačiaus Street towards Town Hall Square will bring you to a variety of cafes, restaurants, and bars, allowing you to enjoy the lively side of the city. This area is ideal for those who want to balance tranquility with the energetic cultural life of the Old Town.
