Renovated and new for 2023. Contemporary comforts with traditional features.
Fabulous three storey family home in Tenby large enough for groups of couples and larger or extended families who want to get together.
Spacious living, kitchen and dining areas to accommodate everyone together with house spread over three floors providing quieter areas for those who need independent space.
Generous lounge with wood-burner, fully fitted kitchen, separate dining room with large table to seat 10.
5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and south facing courtyard with seating and dining area.
Perfect all year round with wood burning stove in lounge for those wonderful Welsh winters.
A few minutes walk to all four of the beaches in Tenby and the medieval walled town of Tenby.
Some on street parking available, parking permits available to purchase in advance or nearest car park is within a two minute walk of the house.
Sainsbury's supermarket two minute walk away.
Ground Floor
Bright and spacious family lounge with high ceilings and original pine flooring. A wood-burning stove is a welcome addition on those cold welsh winter evenings when you come home from blustery walks on the beach. Three sofas and an armchair provides plenty of seating with a wall mounted 49" smart 4k ultra HD tv.
Tenby has a wide selection of restaurants and cafes, but should you wish to dine at home, the kitchen is well equipped with all of the crockery, cutlery and pans which you would need. The kitchen is flooded with natural light and has been designed with larger families/groups in mind. Corian worktops fitted throughout, ample cupboard storage and a large freestanding pantry can store all of your groceries.
Two fan assisted ovens, induction hob, microwave oven, under mounted sink and extra wide French style fridge/freezer can accommodate the keenest of cooks.
The Integrated dishwasher and washing machine ensures that cooking and cleaning up is a breeze.
The Welsh farmhouse table in the kitchen provides comfortable seating for four and is an ideal spot for a quick cuppa, with the kitchen leading directly into the dining room providing an additional large vintage dining table which can seat 10. A perfect place to gather everyone for evening board games or home cooked meals.
From the kitchen, bi-fold doors open onto the south facing courtyard. Table and seating offering a sunny sheltered spot to eat outside or a have a cold glass of wine or beer in the evening.

First Floor
Family size bathroom with full size slipper bath and shower, toilet and basin. Steps lead up to a half landing and access to bedrooms 1 and 2.
Bedroom 1
To the front of the property, with a king size bed, fitted wardrobe, 5 drawer chest and contemporary en suite shower room with toilet, shower and basin.
Bedroom 2
To the rear of the house has a kingsize bed. Large fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets and a wall mounted tv completes this room. A flight of stairs leads up to the second floor where there is a shower room and bedrooms 3, 4 and 5.

Just Right
Lovely house, very well equipped, plenty of seating in the living room and dining room; spacious bedrooms, nice bathrooms. Excellent communication with host Rachael before and during our stay to ensure we were comfortable. House is just down the road from North beach, parking could be an issue as you need a permit, so you might need to sort that out if you need to be close to the house; (we saw a car outside the house get a ticket). We parked in the train station car park at the end of the street which was only a few pounds for a week out of season. Weather was rubbish so it was lovely to have a nice warm comfortable house to stay in!

Tenby Villa
Lovely property, conveniently situated in Tenby close to all attractions. Good communication from landlord and lots of hints about places to eat and visit. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would visit again.
