Bathroom: Roll Top Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Looking for that perfect location and fantastic accommodation? Look no further that this lovely spacious couple’s retreat within walking distance of the picturesque small market town centre of Shipton-on-Stour. Located next door to the friendly owners’ home, you have your own private garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening tipple. The well-equipped kitchen provides you with everything needed to cook up a lovely meal, but should you want the night or even week off, there is plenty of choice for eateries within easy walking distance. The large living and dining space which overlooks the owners’ pretty garden, is the ideal spot to relax in after a busy day sightseeing and exploring. Upstairs you are greeted by an inviting kingsize bed in the large bedroom which sits next door the spacious bathroom with the choice of a relaxing soak in the roll-top bath or an awakening shower in the separate shower cubicle.
Shipston is popular with visitors due to its mix of shops, pubs and restaurants and enjoys a leisure centre with a swimming pool. There are lots of activities in Shipston and the surrounding areas, with concerts, farmers’ markets, festivals and guided walks often available.
