Newly renovated apartment with terrace and sea view, near Preluk and Opatija. The apartment is located in the Kostabela area, 200 meters from the beach and the promenade by the sea. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining room and access to a large balcony, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. The balcony offers a beautiful view of Opatija and Kvarner Bay. The rental price includes the use of air conditioning, washing machine, bed linen, towels, as well as a parking space for one vehicle directly in front of the house. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a family house and has a direct and private entrance. There is a bus stop near the apartment (50 m), if you want to use public transport to go to the center of Rijeka. Shopping centers, coffee bars and restaurants, as well as sports and spa facilities are located in the Hilton Hotel, which is 500 m from the apartment.

Comfortable apartment

We had a great stay. The property is very well kept and the property management is excellent. The only inconvenience was wifi was awful.
