Villa Volcan is a two-story house located near Las Coloradas, close to the beaches of Papagayo. within a few minutes walk to the promenade, an ideal place for jogging, cycling or simply strolling while enjoying the sea views.
A fifteen-minute walk is the Marina Rubicón marina, where you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants & nightlife.
A car is not essential as there are two supermarkets (a SuperDino and an Overseas-Iceland), a cafeteria, bus top and taxi rank.
The ground floor consists of:
-Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils - solana equipped with washing machine
-living-dining room with table and chairs for 6 people, flat screen TV (with international channels)
- Patio Doors leading to the pool, and outside terrace, dining & seating area.
- Shower Room with WC, hand basin.

The upper floor consists of:
-main bedroom with king size bed, ensuite bathroom with bath, toilet & bidet, built-in wardrobe and private terrace with sea views.
-2nd bedroom with twin beds and built-in wardrobe
-3rd bedroom with twin beds and chest of drawers.
- Shared Shower room with toilet, single sink & Bidet.

Outside you can enjoy:
-private swimming pool of 5m long and 3m wide, with walk-in steps and a maximum depth of 1.60m.
-terrace furnished with sunbeds, seating area with wind breakers, bench table for dining with canopy.
-small and well-kept garden

-Air-conditioning in all bedrooms - Payment is via a coin meter €1 or €2 coins
-Based on 4 people sharing (Extra Guests Charged at £15 per night)
-cot and high chair hire available on request
-The pool is heated on request (Charge £15 per day)
-No pets allowed.
-No parties and / or events allowed.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Fourth time staying in this area and the best house we've been in. Clean, spacious (only two of us; however plenty of room for six). 15 minutes walk to the marina where there are plenty of restaurants and another easy walk to further restaurants. Supermarket and lovely coffee shop at the end of the road; two minute walk. Excellent communication from Jodie. We would definitely rent this villa again.

Nice property in a good location. Stay was straightforward and hassle free. Nice touch to provide kitchen essentials, such as dishwasher tablets, kitchen towel, condiments etc…Sun is available for majority of the day in the garden. Enjoyed our walks to the Marina and the beaches.

Had a fab holiday at this lovely villa. Spotlessly clean, everything you could need for a self catering holiday provided. The location is brilliant, on a quiet street within a 20 minute walk to the marina, bus stop close by to take you down into playa blanca. Well stocked supermarket a couple of minutes away as well as a little bar and an Indian restaurant. Communication with property managers was easy and although we only had one slight problem it was dealt with within the hour. Would highly recommend a stay at Villa Volcan.

Great villa in a brilliant location

The property couldn't be faulted once the boiler was plugged in. Clean and tidy, everything you need and a great location. A short walk to the supermarket and a slight longer walk but not far to the marina with great restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying at villa volcan

Fabulous stay

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It had exactly what we needed. Beds were comfortable, pool was lovely, location was perfect only 10-15 minute walk to Marina Rubicon. Supermarket and 2 bars at the end of the road as well as the bus stop. Some parts of the villa are a little tired looking but overall we would definitely stay here again.

Great property, very well looked after, pool cleaned every few days & bedding & towels changed weekly. 2nd time we've stayed & loved it just as much as 1st time. Great place to relax & within walking distance to Marina (about 15 mins) or minute to bus stop into main part of town. Would recommend staying here.

Peaceful Retreat

Nice clean villa albeit a little dated. Location ideal in peaceful area while close to amenities. Wi Fi and TV access was very good. Lovely sun trap until late afternoon ( we stayed late February). Pool was clean but there is no pool shower and there was no provision of pool towels which was disappointing. Overall we were very pleased and would visit again.

Fantasy holiday in a lovely villa. Communication and check-in all went very smoothly. Villa had all the facilities we could need...and then some! Kitchen extremely well sticked with utensils, crockery and basic cooking esswntials in the cupboard. Bedrooms and bathrooms all great. Pool area really sold it for us. The eating areas outside were perfect. Pool was the perfect temperature. Walk to the marina about 15 mins and such a beautiful coastline. Bus service also prompt and regular. Greatvlocation with the supermarket a minute round the corner and Antonios cafe also a great spot! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice friendly and proper villa

The Villa had Everything you need for a perfect vacation with your family. There is a good supermarket nearby, also a cafeteria and bistro. You can walk to rubicon and downtown playa Blanca in 15-30 minutes. Jodie and Brett were perfect host. Well prepared everything. Even the pool was very good heated. Thanks, we will definitely come back.

Relaxing Break

The property had everything we needed, great to have all the UK channels and sport. Bed very comfortable. Pool although small, perfectly adequate and glad we opted to pay for heating. Close to the Rubicom, 15 min walk along the coast. Plus a bus stop and supermarket very close. All in all we had a lovely stay in this villa.

Villa Volcan- July 2022

Myself & family stayed at villa for 3 weeks in July, property is very well looked after, pool cleaned every 3/4 days, cleaners attend weekly & bedding & towels changed weekly too. Property in a great location, quiet area but only a short walk to bus into centre or 20 min leisurely walk to Rubicon marina. Brett & Jodie were on hand for any queries & when our return transport to airport let us down, Jodie was on hand & offered to come pick us up. Excellent service. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

Perfect winter break

A lovely property and you really cannot fault the location, a straightforward drive from the airport and then once there a 2 min walk to a supermarket and a lovely 15 min stroll along the promenade to the marina. The villa itself is very nice and we were very happy to see little things like washing up liquid/bin bags/hand soap as well as the requested welcome pack, as so often you turn up at a holiday rental and find the place completely empty. The pool area and outside space was great and very peaceful during our stay. We didn’t use the pool but it was cleaned during our stay anyway. The only comment I would have is that the single beds were not that comfortable for ‘big’ (ie. Adult!) kids and the bedroom blinds and living room curtains were fine during our stay in January but would maybe struggle to keep out the hotter sun in the summer. We’ll definitely be back though!

First time that we've used vrbo and will definitely go back, this apartment was a little too big for just the two of us, 3 decent sized bedrooms, so could easily accommodate a family of 6. Only 1 room with a double bed though so if you go with just couples you would need to push single beds together. The bathrooms and the entire home was very well furnished, the quality was very high. A decent sized plunge pool was perfect for cooling off, not big enough for swimming if that's what you're looking for. Over all we loved our stay and cant wait to go back
