Fantastic modern villa 25 min walk to town.

This villa compromises a full refurbishment throughout to a high standard, with 5 bedrooms all of which are installed with air conditioning amazing modern kitchen, and an open plan living space all looking over the terrace and pool are.
as you progress outside you will find yourself on the top terrace which has a lovely seating area and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a big bbq great to relax and have some nice food. downstairs is a 2 large terrace area with loads of seating and a great pool illuminated at night.

Nice property - shame about the agent.

The property itself is contemporary, really spacious and well equipped with more than everything you need. Cleanliness 3* - agent charges hundreds for cleaning - inside spotless, outside not cleaned at all. Check-in - 2* took ages to get in largely in pet due to unclear instructions for operating entry combinations from agent. Accuracy of listing 3* - said drive was available for use which was not the case. Communication with agent - 2* - plus points was responsive and polite via WhatsApp. Negatives - communication re access unclear, no advanced warning that drive/gates were not in use due to defective key fob, found ourselves locked in one day. Agent response was to tell us that the Fob was temperamental and we weren’t supposed to use the drive grrrrrrr. Location and neighbourhood 4* - good location, everything you need in walking distance. 30 min walk to the Balcon de Europa, 20 mins to Burriana beach. Overall - we have a really nice time. Nice Villa, great outdoor cooking. Pool area a bit tired but it was the end of the season. Would have been 4* but for the agent issues.
