Superb 5 bedroom holiday villa with private swimming pool. Just a short walk from the award winning Burriana beach.

The perfect villa for families or friends to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun.



Casa Wahl is nicely decorated in the andalucian style with mosaic tiles, pastel colours & tropical palms.

Accommodation is spacious with the entrance hall leading through to the lounge/dining room & then to the balcony terrace, overlooking the private swimming pool. The well fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, & the WC are also on this level.

Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, both with en-suite bathrooms) & 2 twin bedrooms. There is also a full bathroom with bath & shower over.

The lower level comprises sleeping area with double bed, spacious shower room (with laundry, washing machine & dryer). The comfortable lounge area with large flat screen smart TV & glass curtains that provide direct access to the pool & terrace.



The villa offers a delightful shaded terrace area for al-fresco dining or relaxing for an evening drink.

The swimming pool & BBQ terraces are well equipped with sun loungers & parasols.

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops, tapas bars & restaurants.

Fantastic house for a family holiday. The property gave a real Spanish authentic feel, but was well organised and had everything we needed. Well worth a visit.

This is a wonderful accommodation for a large group/family, with plenty of space and bathrooms. The pool is fantastic and the villa is really well cared for. If ever I had a query our host responded quickly. An information pack should be provided with info on taxis, restaurant recommendations, local info and villa info.

Large well equipped villa

Excellent villa for a large family, well equipped kitchen, fabulous pool area with plenty of sun beds, plenty of seating areas and balconies off the bedrooms for morning coffees, short walk downhill to the beach, easy walk into nerja with lots of lovely tapas bars and restaurants. Dealing with Ian made everything easier, he was extremely accommodating and helpful with requests and helped make this a fabulous holiday

Fantastic villa

Really lovely spacious villa, fabulous pool area, lots of different balconies and seating areas, this worked perfectly for our family group of 8. The villa was really well equipped with plenty of glasses, cups, pots pans, and more then enough sun beds for everyone, the beach is an easy walk fom the villa but takes a bit more effort going back up, nice easy walk into the old part of nerja with loads of lovely bars and restaurants restsurants. A special thankyou to Ian who was amazingly accommodating and helpful throughout, would highly recommend.

Spacious and comfy villa

Lovely to stay at this villa. Spacious and comfortable for our party of 6, including 3 generations, it was well equipped and had everything we needed. The only thing that let it down was the shady area to the side of the house - quite dusty and in need of a thorough spruce up, it felt uninviting. None of the lighting in that area worked, so unusable in the evening. Also other outdoor lighting wasn’t all working - pool lights, some of the wall lights, and 2 out of the 3 lights on the main balcony (making it difficult to read there at night). With these small things addressed I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Casa Wahl as a great holiday home.

Family Break 2023

My family and I stayed for a week in August 2023, we arrived at Malaga Airport and greeted by Nerja Taxi (we sourced this). When we got to the Villa we got dropped off at the top of the road by the coach as the road is short but steep and the coach could not handle it. When you go in,you do get the wow effect, our grandchildren where ecstatic with the pool (so were the adults). The Villa is well equipped with all mod-cons and plenty of dishes, cutlery etc. Each room had aircon asdid the main living room. The terrace was nice to sit on early morning before the family. I strongly suggest going out the rear door though when going into Nerja. The road down is steep but not too bad 10 minutes to the beach and maybe 12 minutes back up. A couple of bars easy walk up the hill towards the large supermarket. Very quiet area of a night. We will be planning on returning......

Stay in Villa August 2020

Service from Ian was superb- always on hand with questions at all times of the day and night- thanks Ian, you were brilliant. Cleaners were very good, polite and friendly too New kettle- just needs a nice new one for effective use New bin- the top was broken Locks don’t work to get in and out - due to the heat and dry weather the locks can become really seized up- maybe a quick maintenance spray before each visitor may help? Shower head in Mezzanine room needs a check Shower head Not great in main bathroom Tap not working effectively in master bedroom Very creaky bed in one of the "twin bed" room- tried to secure the bolts with new nuts- think its worked but probably needs a tighten? Could do with more oven trays- that said there were plenty of kitchen tools and utensils- just a couple more trays may be good?

En perfekt semester förutom vädret som kunde varit lite bättre. Det var några detaljer dock som jag påtalade för arrangören. Titta gärna igenom informationen vi fick i samband med att vi hämtade nycklarna. Felaktigt användarnamn till wi-fi. Var slänger man soporna? Nycklarna fungerade inte till porten vid poolen.

Fabulous holiday

A very spacious, well equipped villa, plenty of room for my family, 6 adults and 4 children. A fabulous pool and shaded area where we could sit and relax. The villa was situated in a lovely and quiet residential area, only ten minutes walk downhill to the beach with lots of restaurants. The walk back uphill took a little longer but my young grandchildren took it in their stride and did it every day. We really had a lovely holiday staying at Casa Wahl and will be going back. Ian and his staff were very helpful and attentive at all times, from booking the holiday right through to when we went home. I wish every holiday could have an Ian.

Fabulous villa

Went with friends to celebrate my 50th birthday, what a way to celebrate! Villa was fantastic plenty of space and a lovely large pool..plenty of sunbeds and a quiet area to have a read at the side of the villa, which we named fairy land due to all the sparkly lights at night. .All bedrooms are a good size and plenty of bathrooms..all modern and decorated lovely.. 5 minutes down the road is a beautiful beach with plenty of bars , restaurants and cocktail bars, and then a further 10 minute walk you are in the lovely balcon de europa with tons of bars, restaurants, shops and a lovely beach..nerja is such a beautiful town and larger than I thought, Would recommend this villa to all my friends and family 5*

Lovely spacious villa with generous sized pool walking distance to Nerja centre and Burriana beach.

Our family of 8 enjoyed a relaxed break at this roomy villa with its great pool. The area is very quiet but within walking distance to the centre of Nerja or a 5 minute taxi ride. The villa is a handy 10 minute drive to the Caves of Nerja and convenient for a visit to the charming hillside village of Frigiliana - about 20 minute drive. The nearest beach Burriana is a 10 minute steep downhill walk away with many bars and restaurants - try the paella in one of the beachside restaurants. There is an excellent supermarket about 10 minutes walk from the villa - or if you arrive on Sunday when this is shut there is a Spar open til 1pm just a bit further on. We booked our airport transfers through the villa manager, Ian and I would recommend this as the vehicles were very comfortable, the price was good and the drivers were reliable and on time. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and I would return without hesitation.

Beautiful house in Nerja

We really had a great time staying in Casa Wahl. The house is beautiful and everything you need is there. It is a 10 minutes walk to the closest beach on a road downhill, so the way back to the house will take you a bit longer. De manager provided an excelent service. I would recommend this house to everybody.

Great holiday with an even better property

The house was even better than described on the website. Everything very clean and well maintained. It's very close to the beach, bars, restaurants, but still you have your privacy to swim in the pool without being disturbed. I would definitely recommend this place, and I'm hoping to come back here someday!
