Lake Sunrise, located in the prestigious gated community of Formosa Garden Estates, is a luxury 5‑bed, 4‑bath lakefront villa offering breathtaking views, exceptional comfort, and an unbeatable location just 3 miles from the Disney parks. Designed with style and relaxation in mind, this spacious 3,500 sq. ft. villa accommodates up to ten guests. Set within its own fully fenced garden and overlooking tranquil Star Lake, the home is perfectly positioned for unforgettable sunrise views. The expansive outdoor living area includes a large L‑shaped pool with spa, a covered lanai, and a beautifully furnished outdoor lounge — ideal for relaxing, watching TV, dining alfresco, or enjoying evening conversations as the lake reflects the night sky. You may even catch a glimpse of the Disney fireworks

Enter the Securely gated community and you will find our home alongside the lake - the paved driveway has space for up to 3 cars - relax you have arrived at your home away from home!

Entering Lake Sunrise you will find the first of two sitting rooms, with doors to the pool area - an ideal place to relax, catch up on the events of the day or enjoy gazing at the beautiful view.

The formal dining area is also here where you can enjoy family meals together,

These two rooms lead to the large family room, with views of the lake and doors to the pool and lanai area. There is a large well equipped kitchen, with counter seating a further Dining nook and there is a large sitting area with leather sofas and large TV.

On the left side of the home is the 1st of two Master King bedrooms, this ground floor room has a large ensuite bathroom, with soaker tub, walk in shower and double vanities, and a walk in wardrobe. Decorated in a light coastal style, this room features a sitting area with patio doors and views of the lake.

The 2nd Master bedroom is upstairs - a very large room with King bed, it has an ensuite, walk in shower and double vanity and a large walk in closet. There is a comfortable sitting area with sofa and chairs, making this a perfect retreat.

Off the family room, is the 3rd Suite, this features a Queen bed with an ensuite Shower Room - this has access to the pool area and serves as a pool bathroom.

The two further bedrooms share the family bathroom. The Seashore room is shown with 2 twin beds, this room can be set as a King bed if preferred. The next is the Twin Mickey room.
All bedrooms feature luxury linens, comfortable mattresses and a smart tv.

There is a fabulous large air conditioned games room. This has a slate bed pool table, foosball (table football), air hockey, table for games, arcade machines and large Smart 75" TV with reclining chairs to enjoy your favourite movies.

There is free, fast and secure wifi throughout the home

Outside you will find a large spacious pool area with those amazing views and being East facing enjoys the Sunrise for early risers! Set in spacious gardens you will get plenty of sunshine all day to soak up the rays. There is a large L shaped 30 ft long very private swimming pool and in ground hot tub. LED pool colour changing lighting creates a magical atmosphere at night.

There is a covered lanai with very comfortable seating and outside TV. Dine alfresco at the dining table with chairs for relaxing and catching up on the days events

Outdoor cooking enthusiasts with love the BBQ area, set outside the cage on a paved patio with bar table and umbrella - the Gas BBQ area is included in your rate - we just ask that it is left clean ready for the next guests

There is a fully fenced yard at each side of the home with grassed areas and plenty of space for yard games.

Our home is fully managed locally, so you always have someone to call in case of a problem.

All bedrooms are on the ground floor with the exception of 1 large King suite which is upstairs, there are in total 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 rooms with twin beds (one flexible to allow for a king bed if required)

Pool Towels and bathroom towels provided. Hair dryers in each bathroom

There is a Coffee machine for filter coffee or pods (K-cups) & electric kettle.
The laundry area has a front-loading washer and separate dryer.
The home has a keyless entry system, ring doorbell, full house alarm and a safe.

All doors to the pool area are alarmed to comply with Florida legislation.
Parking is available for up to 3 cars on the driveway - no roadway parking. The community does not allow RV, trailer, or commercial vehicle parking.
Accessible - Although not specifically adapted for wheelchairs, the ground floor is easily accessible.

Our home is pet friendly - dogs only (Max 2) - by prior arrangement. A fee of $100 is payable. (thorough cleaning takes place after every pet stay to ensure no signs of pets remain for guests without their furry family)

The villa is self-service-we provide a smaller starter pack of toilet rolls, cleaning materials, including dishwasher tabs and clothes washing tabs, paper towel, trash bags and a small face soap - guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as additional soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. according to their requirements. We do not supply kitchen spices etc for health and safety reasons.If you require a food starter pack for your stay please enquire.
