Building with only 3 apartments on each floor and with elevator. Entrance to the building with ramp. Access to the Sa Gavina pool. Located 400 meters from the beach.

2 bedroom apartment. There are 2 single beds in each bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Maximum occupancy 6 people, includes children.

Apartment located on the ground floor with a terrace, or on the upper floor with a balcony (there is an elevator). If you have any preference, please contact us. Air conditioning in the living room. Views from the balcony or terrace to the enclosed garden / village.

Building without parking. All bathrooms and kitchens have been renovated in the apartments of C Building. Situated on Arquitecte Gaudi Street numer 13.

Given the drought experienced in Catalonia and due to legal imperative, some services associated with the water supply in apartments and communal facilities may be affected and/or temporarily restricted in 2024.
