This spacious and inviting home features an open living and dining area, it provides a comfortable and versatile space for relaxation and socializing. Unwind on the plush sofas, watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or enjoy a meal together at the dining table. The abundant natural light and tasteful decor create an inviting atmosphere for all guests.

The family-sized kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, making it a joy to cook and dine together.

The double bedrooms can comfortably accommodate either 6 single beds or 3 super-king size beds, allowing flexibility to suit your preferences. Additionally, we have a single bedroom available for added convenience or for accommodating an extra guest.

Well Appointed House in Central Location

Good location

Great location for central Winchester. Comfortable house. Kitchen a little under-equipped if you are planning on cooking and eating in but generally good facilities.

Everything we needed

The house was very clean and tidy, in a great location. 5 minutes stroll to the high street and 5 minutes drive to M3, perfect for what we needed. Private driveway was very useful. Host has been very helpful and welcoming. Will stay again.

Visited Winchester with family. Beautiful and clean house, very close to the Cathedral and the city center. We were able to walk everywhere, we had a fantastic time. The hosts were very helpful and accomodating. The house and the location exceeded our expectations. We will be definitely book again if we are back in Winchester.

We came to Winchester for an important family funeral and the house was just what we needed. Everything we needed - spacious home from home, cosy nest, comfy beds central location extra parking in garage, light with good views of sky and Just prefect for our needs. Everything you could possibly need. Thank you for making a difficult two days easier.

Great house in convenient location

Great house in convenient location. We were in Winchester visiting family, we walked everywhere from the house. The two parking spaces were very useful. House was big and clean. Esther and Taylor were very responsive and helpful hosts. Hopefully we will come back around Christmas.

Fab Find

The apt is comfortable, spacious, clean and well outfitted. The bedrooms are very nice and the washrooms, modern. It is within 15 min of anything we were interested in visiting, from railway station, to tourist highlights to shops and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and were quick to repond to our enquiries. I would highly recommend this property.

A lovely week in Winchester

This was the perfect space for our family of 4 to stay when visiting our family in Winchester. It was within walking distance to the High Street. We were able to easily check in and out. Rooms were clean and had space to store clothing. The only issue we had was with the primary bathroom setting off the smoke detector (with steam) each time my husband showered. Not any fault to the hosts as I’m sure they didn’t place the detector. Just a minor inconvenience when the babies were sleeping. Could also have a few more towels for longer staying guests but there was laundry on site if you needed to wash!
