This beautifully maintained holiday complex sits beneath the towering Wendelstein and between the bathing lakes Tegernsee, Schliersee, and Chiemsee, offering breathtaking views of the Upper Bavarian Alps at 800 m elevation. Just a short walk from the Bayrischzell alpine pool, guests can enjoy reduced entry with a spa card. The surrounding landscape between Bayrischzell and Oberammergau is ideal for hiking, with forests, rugged limestone cliffs, and romantic lakes.

Rated 4 stars, the complex features a shared streamside terrace with loungers and a grill, a children’s playground, Finnish saunas, and an infrared cabin. Apartments are uniformly equipped and assigned on arrival, each with a cozy living room (sofa bed, dining area, TV, balcony or terrace), a rustic bedroom with timber-framed double bed, and a modern open kitchen including a dishwasher.
