We had a lovely week, enjoying walks, swimming and sunshine. We were met on arrival at the house which was spotlessly clean and well presented throughout. We loved eating on the big table outside and in nearby restaurants. A very peaceful, relaxing stay.

Family of 4 with two teenagers. Lovely apartment, exactly like pictures. Excellent communication from host - accommodated early check-in for us. Friendly welcome. Apartment nicely furnished. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely, private front garden & patio which gets the sun all afternoon/evening - 2 private loungers & dining table to seat 6. Small issue with downstairs sink which was fully resolved within a couple of hours of being reported, thank you! Pool area very clean & quiet, plenty of loungers. Walkable to many restaurants/shops in Meloneras (just under 1 mile from apartment). 2 large supermarkets within a few minutes drive. Apartment cleaned midway through our stay and towels replaced. Beach towels also provided which was very useful. Everything about our stay was great. Only thing to note is that the downstairs bedroom does not have air-conditioning, however a fan was provided.

La casa es bonita y está en una zona residencia dentro de un complejo lleno de las mismas casas. En general la casa estaba bien pero algo deteriorada del uso. Lo que nos fastidió un poco las vacaciones fué que el aire acondicionado no funciona bien, son aparatos muy viejos y no tenían casi potencia , y ademas había un ruido producido por un aparato acondicionado de un vecino que estaba continuamente produciendo un pitido y complicaba poder dormir con las ventanas abiertas , así que entre una cosa y otra las noches no han sido buenas . Intentaron solucionarlo pero lo una cosa ni otra se pudo solucionar , eso si nos trajeron ventiladores. Y otra cosa decepcionante es el patio de atrás que estaba descuidado y no era utilizable . Pero el resto todo bien

Le logement est situé dans une résidence avec belle piscine, à côté de la plage de Meloneras.Il a été refait à neuf il a peu de temps, et possède tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de bonne vacances. Il est très facile de se garer gratuitement dans la rue, à proximité de la maison.L’emplacement permet de visiter facilement tout l’île, tout en bénéficiant du soleil du sud de l’île en permanence !La promenade à pied jusqu’au phare et dunes de Maspalomas est très agréable en bord de mer (1,8 Km).

Een geweldige host en een mooi appartement. Zelfs toen ik op het vliegveld erachter kwam dat mijn (zakelijke)mobiel nog in het huisje lag, heeft hij er alles aan gedaan om ons samen met poetsvrouw Ana te helpen. Dankzij hen hebben we het vliegtuig alsnog gehaald met slechts 2 minuten speling. We waren al positief maar dit was de kerst op de taart. Alsnog dank hiervoor!
