Cosy countryside retreat for two, in the village of Llansilin, and only fifteen minutes from the market town of Oswestry.. Ground Floor:

Kitchen: Breakfast Area, Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Fridge, Dishwasher
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet
First Floor:
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed front garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: The property is accessed via a farm track.. Welcome to Coed Y Gaer Annexe, located in the peaceful village of Llansilin just outside the border town of Oswestry.
With spectacular views across to Snowdonia on a clear day, Coed Y Gaer Annexe is a great choice for couples looking to slow down the pace and reconnect with nature. The interior of the annexe has been carefully refurbished into a modern home with everything you need for your stay. The living room offers cosy seating, with Netflix and space for four around the dining table. The bespoke kitchen is well-equipped with everything you’ll need from quick breakfasts to fancy dinners. Conveniently the shower room is located on the ground floor, then up to the double bedroom on the first floor. The bedroom has lovely oak flooring with amazing views of the farm and surrounding area from the window.
After a day spent exploring the market town of Oswestry or Llangollen situated on the River Dee and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, you’ll be able to snuggle up on the sofa and enjoy some of the locally sourced treats from your welcome hamper or enjoy a barbecue from the garden or picnic area outside. Other nearby attractions include Park Hall, Powys Castle, Erddig, Chirk Castle and Llangollen with white water rafting, horse-drawn canal barges and steam railways. Also, the historic city of Chester is an easy drive and a great place to shop or visit one of the many restaurants. One of the seven wonders of Wales is Llanrhaedr Waterfalls which is within a 15-minute drive. Be sure to explore the area on foot, wandering around the grounds and taking in the peace and serenity that’s all around you.
