Lovely and cozy apartment with sunny terrace and direct access to the swimming pool located in peaceful environment yet only 5 minutes walk to all amenities. Recently refurbished and refreshed apartment (May 2025) offers two bright bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers. Living room with sitting area and large dining table. Open plan fully equipped kitchen to cook your meals (no dishwasher). AC central system (cold/heating), fast Wi-Fi and international TV channels. Secured tranquil complex Club Calahonda offers two outdoor swimming pool areas with sun loungers.



This apartment located in lovely urbanization Sitio de Calahonda, between two popular cities: Marbella and Fuengirola (15 kms to either way). This place is a great choice for the summer or winter holidays, quiet urbanization yet located just few minutes walk to all facilities you may need during your holiday: big supermarket Mercadona, british supermarket, few bars and restaurants, farmacy, banks. Sandy beaches with beautiful promenade of 6 kms long is great for morning or evening walks just 10 minutes walk. The promenade connects three urbanizations: Calahonda-Riviera del Sol - La Cala. To explore nearest cities (Fuengirola, La Cala, Marbella, Cabopino, Elviria) you can take a local bus near by (5 mins walk). Free parking spaces just outside of the complex.

Nice position

Overall lovely stay, very clean apartment, although inside not very comfortable for 4 Adults to sit, 2 seater Sofa and 1 chair, fine in good weather as outside area really nice, but rather tight in the evenings. Some excellent Restaurants within walking distance

Fantastic apt!

All details were thought of. Fully equipped kitchen incl salt, peper, alufoil etc. Pooltowels, water and wine in the fridge. Comfy beds, spot clean all over. 10 steps away from the pool. Bright and cute apartment, perfect for 2 pers that need separate bedrooms. Parking right behind the apt.

Calahonda apartment

The location was good. First impression of the apartment was very good. It was compact but cozy. However the running toilette and odd smell in the main bedroom ruined a bit the atmosphere. Showers had a good pressure and warm water came quickly. Function of the TV was interesting, have not seen that kind of system before. No local channels. Enjoyed the sunny and warm weather.

Lovely secure property

We were pleased with this property, it was well equipped with good quality cutlery, pans, selection of glasses, lots of extras, pool towels, tennis rackets. The apartment had a lovely sunny patio with good quality chairs and table overlooking the pool area. We stayed in November and unfortunately the pool was shaded so we weren't able to use it. Although there was another pool in the block next door along with tennis courts. The apartment is approx a 5 minute walk to a big Mercadona supermarket and restaurants, easy access to the bus stops and a 10 minute walk to the beach via the bridge. It seems to be 50/50 rentals and residential properties which was very nice, complex was peaceful. Good communication with rental company who met us at the property with the keys.
