Please take note of the following details about the property. Despite its great location, the online advertisement fails to mention the steep 8-ramp uphill climb to the street and the nine flights of stairs down to the sea. The air conditioning only covers the bedrooms, with only two rooms being cooled. We had to purchase three large fans for the downstairs area due to the unbearable summer heat. On a positive note, the groundsman, Angelo, made our stay extremely comfortable and was the best part of the property. Breakfast options were limited to just croissants and juice, and the owner attempted to charge 100 Euros for their old plastic blender which broke while in use. Despite this, when their housekeeper accidentally broke my wife's expensive large makeup mirror worth $350, I assured them not to worry about it. I would love to give this property five stars, yet it lacks a lot of amenities and requires guests to be in good shape to access the property.

Hi Ryan,
sorry to hear that the housekeeper broke your wife’s makeup mirror, you should have told us!
You break a part of the bottle handler of the fridge and a part of the mixer without informing, and this is not correct because the next guest is finding the kitchen with some missing part.
As far as the breakfast in our site is clearly stated what is offered: juice, jam, butter, Nutella, honey, croissant, and packed snacks, so I do not understand the complain.
Positano is all steps and ups and down, and the property dosen’t make exception , Capri is the same, as all the location that lay on a side of a mountain.
