Our apartment has a contemporary kitchen equipped so that you can cook when and how you want. You will have an oven, microwave, cooking plate and even a washing machine.

Good location but bad value for money

Poor soundproofing, bad smell in the toilet, not very comfortable mattress. The apartment was not ready at 3 p.m., the cleaning lady was still on site and asked us to wait for 20 more minutes.

The cleaning process is scheduled to ensure each apartment is delivered in perfect condition, and occasionally, depending on the departure time of previous guests, final touches may take a few extra minutes. Regarding your comments, we’d like to point out that the apartment is furnished according to its category and designed for functionality and comfort. Personal preferences regarding mattresses and layouts can vary, but the equipment is regularly checked to ensure it meets the expected standards. Nefasto, no se alojen aqui

Reserve este alojamiento y al llegar estuve casi una hora para acceder ya que las indicaciones no eran claras, tuve que llamar por teléfono, escribir al anfitrión y no tuve respuestas por ninguna parte, finalmente logre acceder al alojamiento y me encuentro con que el wifi no funcionaba y ninguno de los enchufes de corriente en la pared del salón y la habitación, no tenia luz ni corriente en la habitación, no podía usar la tele ni de la habitación ni la del salón, no podía cargar el móvil, solo había un enchufe que funcionaba en la cocina, cosas imprescindibles en una vivienda, conseguí después de muchos intentos hablar por teléfono con el anfitrión el cual me solicitó que le enviara fotos de las palancas y de los lugares donde no había corriente supuestamente para que el servicio de mantenimiento fuera directo al problema, pero allí no fue nadie, ni me volvieron a contactar, ni ninguna solución, pasaban de mi, se han reído de mi, esto es inadmisible. Hasta en 4 ocasiones llamé y siempre me decían que mandarían a alguien de carácter urgente, no se presento nadie allí y finalmente hoy, un día antes de que acabara mi estancia me he ido a otro alojamiento porque era insoportable estar así, esto es un incumplimiento del servicio ya que se oferta algo que luego no se corresponde con la realidad, están quedándose con el dinero de la gente y no dan solución

El sistema de acceso es completamente autónomo, diseñado precisamente para facilitar y agilizar el check-in sin necesidad de esperas presenciales. Entendemos que este tipo de sistema puede resultar diferente si no se está familiarizado con él, pero siempre se facilitan instrucciones detalladas antes de la llegada para que el acceso sea sencillo. Nuestro equipo humano está siempre detrás del sistema virtual y disponible para asistir a los huéspedes en caso de cualquier incidencia. En tu caso, se intentó gestionar la situación desde el momento en que se recibió tu comunicación, solicitando información y fotos para poder enviar al equipo de mantenimiento lo antes posible y localizar el origen del problema.
