The UHC FORMENTOR 114 enjoys a privileged location right on Paseo Jaume I, in the heart of Salou, just a few metres from Llevant Beach, the city's main beach. It is the perfect place to enjoy the best summer atmosphere on the Costa Dorada. This area is surrounded by bars, terraces, beach bars, restaurants and all kinds of services just a few steps from the apartment. Can you imagine spending a few days just a stone's throw from the sea?



This spacious and comfortable apartment has a capacity of up to 8 people, making it ideal for large families. It is fully equipped to offer you all the comfort you need during your holidays in Salou. We have several apartments in this complex, so it is also an excellent option for families travelling together. These apartments are exclusively for families. Group bookings are not accepted.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Group bookings are not accepted. Accommodation exclusively for families.

- Air conditioning only in the living room.

- The building has a lift, although of reduced size, so it is not accessible with baby buggies or wheelchairs.

- Both bathrooms have 2 sinks, ideal for facilitating cohabitation.

- Excellent location very close to the beach.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

A wonderful holiday at Formentora

The apartment was very clean. The edrooms were perfect. There was 7 of us. It was a family holiday of 3 generations. The position of the accommodation was perfect for our needs. So central to everything. Beach, shops, eating places. The added touches of surf board, beach chairs were an added bonus. Thank you. We will be booking again for next year.

Emplacement top !! très proche de la plage et des commerces. Appartement propre mais faut revoir la fermeture des baies vitrées. Bémol : pas de place de parking gratuit, parking payant 24€ la journée.

Nous sommes ravis de savoir que vous avez apprécié l'emplacement très proche de la plage et des commerces, ainsi que la propreté de l'appartement. Nous prenons note de votre remarque concernant la fermeture des baies vitrées et nous veillerons à ce que cela soit corrigé rapidement. En ce qui concerne le stationnement, nous comprenons que le coût du parking payant à 24€ par jour puisse être un inconvénient. Il semble que vous ayez réservé un parking privé. Lorsque nous avons des disponibilités, nous offrons des places de parking dans nos propres bâtiments pour seulement 10€/nuit.
