Deas’ Wharf is a stunning second floor wharf apartment with two bedrooms and a wee balcony offering panoramic views across the River Forth. As you look out of the window you would think the apartment was in the sea itself. Step outside the back door and you will find yourself on a secluded part of the promenade and facing a tiny beach area.

Recently refurbished in 2023, this apartment has a large entrance hall and is bright, modern and spacious with amazing views of the sea to the front and great views of the wharf to the rear. Located at the harbour end of Kirkcaldy esplanade, just a stone’s throw from the high street amenities, including retail outlets, beach, theatre, library, museum, parks, cafés, bars, leisure complex, education facilities and a short distance to the train and bus stations, where you can head to either Edinburgh or St Andrews. The local swimming pool is just a few minutes away if you have children who like water flumes. Sitting in the middle of the Fife Coastal Path, you can walk from here north to St Andrews or south to the Forth Road Bridge, stopping at the many picturesque fishing villages along the way. Kirkcaldy is a fantastic midway point for discovering everything beautiful that Fife has to offer.
