Great place to stay

Aside from not knowing about the linens and a few dirty dishes, and a small ant problem, loved everything else about the place, just be aware you need your own sheets towels and pillow cases!!!

About the linens it is on the description of the house plus you get an email about things you need to bring with you. Am sorry you did not see it but we do try to tell everyone .Also about the sugar ants they come up when there has been a lot of rain , they only thing if you would have called us we could have gave you some ant spray. I hope you stay was good even with these few problems.

Excellent stay!

House was so cute! It was clean, cool and had everything we needed. We rent several places in the summer and this is on the top of our list. If it is available in the future I will be booking it again.

Good vacation spot for the family.

This house was very nice for a week long stay. It was clean and just about everything you need for a household is there. The shower spigot was broken and spraying water when we got there but, one phone call and a few minutes later someone was there and it was fixed quickly. The stickers in the grass in some areas of the yard were bad. I would not recommend bare footing in the yard. Use of the lift would be nice. My mom and aunt who are in there 70s really could have used it. Hauling stuff up and down stairs is quite a pain but that comes with renting a elevated house. All in all this was a good experience and we would rent this house again.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes we try to accommodate all of our quest quickly as possible with their concerns. Lifts are for cargo only due to liability some homeowners will allow for elderly/handicapped purposes and some will not. Always contact our office if there is a special need and we will see if there is a home to accommodate you

Not a comfortable stay.

Issue from beginning air conditioner broken., refrigerator temperature was set very low took 24 to finally cool. Dirty pots I couldn’t clean and had to purchase to cook. One of the beds the foot broke. Some of the Furniture was not comfortable . The smell of Clorox was very strong as we walked in. Supposedly the house had just been cleaned before I arrived but it did not feel clean . Also if housekeeping had cleaned why did they not report air conditioner being broken. The temperature inside was 84 degree. The refrigerator was set 4 why would housekeeping leave at that stage if normal should be 5 and stayed that it would take 24 hours to cool . If rental office knew house was going to be used why would it not ready.

HVAC personnel was called immediately at your request after hours for your convenience and the issue was resolved immediately. Unfortunately it had a freon leak that was not noticed until you arrived because it was not at that temperature when the cleaning crew was there. Upon arrival of maintenance refrigerator was found to be set at highest level, maintenance put back to 4 so refrigerator would start cooling properly. It is having no issues at this time. Your home was cleaned by our professional cleaning staff and inspected by professional inspectors. If there are issues with any items in the home we are here from 9 am to 5 pm and have a 24 hour answering service which is responded to when called at all times. Thank you

Adorable housr

Cute house. Close to beach. Clean. Had everything you would need except a can opener. Had a little issue with ants but that’s because of all of the rain. The mosquitoes were horrible all over town. But this house was perfect for our family.

Details

The grass wasn’t mowed. It has stickers everywhere so the kids can’t play and we kept bring it inside the house. Also the property should had been sprayed for mosquitoes before our arrival. Can’t even enjoy the outdoors so what was the point.

FEES

The experience was great. The amount of fees that accumulated and almost doubled the cost of the room was pretty annoying.

Good location

The beach was very busy over the weekend but not hard to find a spot. There were fireworks and music on the beach for the 4th. Casa Carmen was a nice place to stay. They had information on things to do. We had fun! We would definitely go again!
