The Space:
You’re welcomed into a grand entryway with four modern guest bedrooms to the right, the elevator and the Estate's Heritage Hall ahead, and a massive great room to the left, designed and appointed with your vacation downtime and entertainment in mind.

There’s plenty of space to settle in for a luxury stay and this exclusive Sun Valley home features extensive AV equipment with 11 state-of-the-art TVs, PlayStation and Xbox gaming systems, and Sonos speakers throughout to set the tone for your Sun Valley escape.

In the great room, sofas surround the crackling wood fireplace, a cozy separate seating nook is perfect for movie night, the custom table and bar counter seat all your guests (with the best dining views in Sun Valley!), and the dual gourmet kitchens are every chef’s dream!

The Estate boasts a spacious open kitchen and secondary butler’s kitchen complete with a 48” gas range, triple ovens, warming drawer, dual dishwashers, dual refrigerators, wine refrigerator, commercial ice maker, coffee and espresso machines, a breakfast nook, bar seating for ten, and breathtaking Baldy views. Everything you need and could imagine!

Attached to the great room lies 2,000 square feet of outdoor patio space with a large dining table and BBQ grill for summer alfresco dining, a fire circle, an outdoor hot tub, and ample seating to soak up the panoramic views of Baldy, the Sawtooth Mountains, and the beautiful Boulder Peaks.
