Stunning lodge style retreat on the river at base of Sun Valley's Bald Mountain

This is the ultimate vacation retreat for relaxing, renewing, entertaining and making memories. Situated at the end of a private drive this custom 5000 plus sq ft lodge style home fronts on 150 feet of Warm Springs Creek. Completed in 2006 and refreshed in 2019. Stunning post & beam construction, soaring ceilings, log siding, industrial accents and hydronically heated sandstone floors. A dramatic great room opens to a chef's kitchen with every conceivable amenity, a walk in wet bar, dining, and opens to a wraparound veranda complete with a fireplace ( four total), BBQ , hot tub and a private manicured expansive yard. 4 bedrooms total including 2 first level master suites and a second level bunk room that sleeps six, and a second level guest room, all bedrooms are ensuite and enjoy privacy. Enjoy fly fishing, croquet and bocce ball or just relaxing at the rivers edge in the summer. In the winter, enjoy sledding in the back yard, or walk a few doors to Warm Springs Day ski lodge for world class skiing at Sun Valley's Bald Mountain.

Idyllic Setting and Proximity to Skiing

This house is absolutely stunning, well-suited for families and within walking distance of the Warm Springs lift. Almost every night we dined at the house and found everything we needed to cook our gourmet meals. Having stayed at various locations in the Sun Valley area, this is easily the winner! We're already talking about booking it for next year. Next time we hope to do some fly fishing (too much snow this year!) Thank you Debi for sharing this magical place with us.

Awesome experience at Sun Valley

Absolutely loved this house, really felt like a home with everything you could ask for. Kitchen was great, we cooked most breakfasts and dinners at the house and had all the pots / pans / etc. that we needed, grill worked out great. House is an easy walk to Challenger lift, so getting to and from the resort was super easy. The house itself was super clean with a ton of room for us to hang out. As a host Debi was great, communicating was easy and very proactive with tips on where to eat! Overall, would definitely recommend.

Absolute Perfect Rental

Hard to put into words the joy of walking into this house. Unlike most rentals, it felt as if I had walked into a dream home. No detail was spared on the layout, amenities, quality of craftsmanship, views, etc. It felt like coming home, and their is nothing better when traveling with two families from far away. Hope to come back asap.
