Escape to luxury and serenity at our stunning 4700 sqft. riverfront home in Sun Valley. With easy access to the Warm Springs lift and natural hot springs, this home offers breathtaking mountain views from your living room and a hot tub to soak in while listening to the soothing sounds of the river below.

Enjoy outdoor activities like fly fishing or biking along the nearby path, then retreat to the comfort of our luxurious furnishings and spacious bedrooms, including a large oversized custom barn wood bunk room that sleeps 7. All five ensuite bedrooms feature luxury linens and down comforters for ultimate relaxation.

Gather with family and friends in the fully functional open gourmet kitchen and dining area, stocked with all the utensils and supplies needed to prepare delicious meals. Our concierge service is also available for your convenience at an additional cost.

Recently updated with new hardwood floors throughout, the home offers gas fireplaces and two laundry rooms, one on each floor. The large garage provides easy access for two large vehicles and ample ski storage.

Outside on the patio, take in the magnificent views of the river and surrounding mountains, grill a delicious meal with our large gas grill, and relax in the hot tub. Perfect for families, our home offers something for everyone, every season.

A Perfect Mountain Getaway

The house was the perfect setup for our group of 12! It was an easy walk to the lift, which the skiers loved, and the bus service, which was perfect for those of us that didn't ski. The property is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space for us all to congregate. Highly recommend!

We had 6 adults and 6 teenagers and the house fit everyone very comfortably. We easily walked to the slopes everyday (and Warm Springs has no line for lift tickets). Used the hot tub every night and cooked all meals in the well appointed kitchen! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What a fantastic house! It is spacious and light and cozy. You have an unparalleled view of baldy mtn which you can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. Its a short walk to the lift at warm springs lodge and has a heated garage that is great for gear! Definitely recommend!

The Go To Place for Sun Valley

Wonderful house on a beautiful creek, walking distance to the Bald Mountain resort ski lift and lodge. The details and decor of this house were impeccable done like a true mountain lodge style featured in a magazine. All the necesseties for cooking, and eating were there, making things very easy. Only place we’d go back to in Sun Valley. Dan and Rachel responded to all our questions promptly. Moose camped across the back stream. Everything is convenient. Amenities covered everything we needed. Heated garage was nice for our infants.

Beautiful spacious home surrounded by nature

This home as well appointed, and the layout was perfect. Two master suites, two queen suites, and a large bunk room fit 12 of us very well. Though a short walk to the lifts, the property is peaceful and quiet. Deer and moose visited the property often. The well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed - we cooked nightly. This house is outstanding.

Memorable Getaway!!

I would not be doing this spectacular property justice without starting by saying how absolutely stunning it is. It feels like you've stepped into a Pottery Barn magazine and for being such an enormous home, they do a really great job making it feel very cozy. It has every amenity imaginable, and the location can't be beat. Close to the hot springs and Bald Mountain; we really had a difficult time as we did not want to pack up and leave. The owners were very communicative, the property was pristine upon arrival, and we 100% plan to return to this beautiful getaway in the future.

Best ski rental yet

Every year we go on a ski vacation with family and friends. This is the first time that we have been to Sun Valley, Idaho, and it won’t be the last! To say this property is exquisite is an understatement. The house is beautiful, stocked in every way, shape and form – soap, detergent, every utensil in the kitchen you could ever desire, Ziploc bags, you name it. The kids room has the ideal layout- room for seven comfortably, probably more. The kids can watch TV in their own space and stay separate from the adults. The view from the back is breathtaking. We enjoyed watching deer along the river, and snow falling on the mountain. The owners/managers are extremely responsive and helpful. We have made note of this property for future vacations because it is set the bar so high. Thank you, Rachel!
