Zemunik Donji is located in the heart of Ravni Kotar, which abounds in endless sunny fields rich in olive groves, vineyards, and Mediterranean plants. For anyone who wants to experience a part of rural Mediterranean life, this place is ideal for a vacation. It offers peace and quiet, beautiful scenery, and numerous sights and activities in nature for the whole family.



Villa Tany will delight you at first sight with its exterior appearance and spacious garden with numerous facilities. The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a living room with an open-plan kitchen and can accommodate up to 8 people with additional places on the sofa bed. The yard of 1500 m2 has many places for children to play on the playground and for leisure it also offers table tennis. The emphasis of the yard is on the wonderful heated swimming pool, which is surrounded by 8 deckchairs. On the terrace, there is also a covered area where there is an outdoor barbecue on wood or charcoal, an outdoor dining table with two wooden benches, and a summer kitchen. Also, two bar seats and a small bar are at your disposal to enjoy a drop of wine or delicious cocktails in the evening.
