It was fully renovated, with touches of Parisian style blending with contemporary comfort. Ceiling paintings, moldings, gold accents, and marble finishes, every detail has been carefully designed to create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. This home invites to relax in a unique Parisian style.
The space
This building, constructed around 1800, was commissioned by the Comtesse de Gramont d’Astier, whose grandmother served as Lady-in-Waiting to Queen Marie-Antoinette.

- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Shared bathroom (shower, no WC)
- 1 Private bathroom (see below)
- 1 Separate WC

2 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Queensize bed and en-suite private bathroom (bathtub, no WC)
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed
Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 1rst floor through the stairs (no elevator)
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
