Comfortable house of 140 m2 overlooking a large terrace and a beautiful garden, facing the southernmost including a living room of 40 m2 with an open kitchen, a living area and a dining room, 4 bedrooms, one of 12m2 full foot on the terrace, a bathroom, a separate shower room and 2 toilets.

The house is very well equipped with cupboards, dishwasher and washing machine, cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer area.

It is possible to reach the port on foot in a few minutes and enjoy and the market, restaurants and shops. You can also walk to two beaches and walk the farm to provide fresh eggs and milk ..

A car is recommended however to be able to visit all the sights of this beautiful island. On the 80 km of coastal paths, swimming in many beaches, water sports, cinema, spa, golf etc ...

Très beau tour de Belle Ile sur une semaine

Maison très accueillante, fonctionnelle bien située et d un très bon rapport qualité prix en Mai pour un groupe de 6 adultes comme nous. Merci pour la sympathique reception et disponibilite de Mde Delacroix et pour les petites intentions et la marque de confiance laissés par nos hôtes. Pied à terre idéal pour decouvrir Belle Ile à pied ou à 2 roues.

Dans un cadre idyllique et bucolique une petite maison agréable aux volets bleus... Un intérieur spacieux et bien aménagé! En revanche un gros laisser aller au niveau du ménage nous ne sommes pas contre partager notre habitat avec certains insectes mais franchement il y a des limites, poussières mégots miettes de pain etc une odeur d'humidité et de vieux ramené jusque dans nos bagages.... Première chose à faire aérer la maison... Il est navrant de laisser une si jolie propriété dans un état pareil! C'est un manque de respect pour le locataire!

Excellente localisation, au calme et proche de Palais (max 15min à pied par des petits chemin), jardin magnifique, fleuri et arboré. Maison bien équipée. Ménage pas parfait mais acceptable. Hôtes très réactifs et à notre écoute pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Maison très agréable avec jardin magnifique très bien situé. On se sent tout de suite chez soi.

Nous avons passé 3 superbes jours. La situation géographique de la maison est idéal pour l’arrivée et le départ car proche du port tout en étant isolé et calme. Bien équipée. La maison est très agréable à vivre, un très beau jardin dans lequel les enfants se sont bien amusés. Nous avons profité de la terrasse sur laquelle nous avons fait de délicieux bbq. Je conseille vivement cette location, à refaire !
