A: From the airport, you can easily take a taxi/Grab to the apartment. It will take around 15mins and cost around $5-6.

2. Q: What is included in the monthly price?
A: Water bill, internet, and cleaning service are included. Electricity is calculated according to individual meters and guests always have access to it for inspection. The rate is 3500VND/kW.

3. Q: Can I check in earlier than 2 PM?
A: Check-in time is at 14:00, however we offer free early check-in from 10 am depending on room availability. We will contact you as soon as we have the room in the morning. Guests can also come and drop bags at the reception desk.

4. Q: Can I check out after 12 PM?
A: Late check-out will incur a surcharge and is subject to room availability. Please get in touch with us if you need to check out late.
