It features a comfortable double bed dressed in hotel-quality linen, a fully equipped kitchenette for preparing simple meals, and a modern bathroom complete with a shower, toilet, sink, and complimentary toiletries, along with soft, fluffy towels. For those needing to work, there’s a desk and free WiFi, as well as a smart TV for relaxing. An ideal base in the heart of Sunderland.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay.



The Neighborhood:

Situated right in the town centre, you’ll be within easy walking distance of everything Sunderland has to offer. A variety of restaurants, bars, and cafés are just steps away, while the main shopping area can be reached in under 10 minutes on foot. The Stadium of Light is around a 20-minute walk or a short taxi ride. Just five minutes from the studio is Mowbray Park, a beautiful spot for a morning stroll and home to the Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens. Sunderland train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away, and Hendon Beach can be reached in just 5 minutes by car or around 30 minutes on foot.



Getting Around:

Thanks to its central location, most of Sunderland’s attractions are easily accessible on foot. Sunderland train station is under a 10-minute walk away or a quick taxi ride. Several bus routes run along the road outside the building, providing convenient links to other areas of the city. There are also regular train services to central Newcastle, with a journey time of around 40 minutes.

The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to make basic meals. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
