Our new release for Spring 2022, Rocha Negra takes its name from the famous black volcanic Rocky headland - which this apartment enjoys views of. Literally 350 metres from your front door until your toes are in the warm sand of Praia da Luz beach!

THE SPACE...
A light & bright, and completely re-modernised studio for 2 with striking polished concrete floor featuring underfloor heating for when the seasons turn chillier. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment also boasts air conditioning throughout and not forgetting the all essential Wi-Fi connection. Electric shutters provide black out facility.

The dining and living areas have a 60’s retro feel, with a designer round table to seat 3. A 2-seater sofa, armchair pouf, and coffee table.
There are 2 large windows in the living area, one of which area boasts views to the Black Rock headland.

THE KITCHEN...

THE BEDROOM....
A clever acacia wooden partition separates the living area from the double bedroom (180x200 bed), in the middle of which the Smart 32” TV rotates 180º enabling you to watch it either from the lounge or from the bedroom.
Concealed lighting, built-in shelves and large window create a warm, bright homely feel. The bedroom also has a vintage style Marshall Bluetooth speaker and mains USB port for charging your devices.

THE BATHROOM...
Floor to ceiling mirrors on one of the walls give the bathroom a spacious feel. The large walk-in Raindance shower features white marble with a stunning black vein. There is also a handheld shower, bidet, heated towel rail, Grohe fittings and underfloor heating

Luz is a small but hugely popular bustling seaside town alive with restaurants, bistros, coffee shops, bars. Guests can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine and wines in the restaurant Alloro just a couple of minutes’ walk away within the Baia da Luz resort. There are 2 large supermarkets, Batista and SPAR, selling both national and international products, ensuring you won’t miss out on anything.

The glorious large sandy beach offers safe bathing and all types of water sports from May to October, with low tide rock pools to the west and the famous black rock headland to the east which separate’s Luz from Lagos which is just 10 minutes by car
