Two-storey villa with private swimming pool for 6 people located in quiet residential area in Mojacar Playa a few minutes walk to the beach, commercial centre and all amenities.

The top floor has 2 bedroom and a full family bathroom.
There is another bedroom downstairs with en-suite bathroom and a Cloakroom.

Fully equipped separate kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob & oven, microwave, coffee maker, toater and all other kitchenware and utensils. Separate laundry room with washing machine, extra freezer and tumble drier.

Lounge with fireplace and dining area with patio doors leading out to pool and patio area.

Bedroom 1 ( downstairs) has a double bed ( 1.35m) built in wardrobe and air conditioning unit and en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 & 3 are upstairs.

COMO EN NUESTRA CASA

La estancia ha sido solamente de 10 días pero hemos disfrutado de una casa cómoda, tranquila y bien situada. Todo ha funcionado, la limpieza correcta, las camas cómodas, en fin como he dicho en el titulo "como en casa". Es cierto que necesita alguna pequeña renovación/reparación pero en ningún momento esta circunstancia nos ha impedido estar confortables. Gracias
