Experience the charm of Marbella's oldest district from our lovely Spanish house located just steps away from the iconic "Plaza de los Naranjos". Nestled in the heart of Casco Antiguo, this cozy four-story residence offers enchanting views of the surrounding Andalusian rooftops. Our family-run house is perfect for couples, small groups of friends. Relax on the rooftop terrace with a book in hand or take a leisurely stroll to the beach just 10-15 minutes away.

The Space

- This three bedroom house is spread over 150 sqm, and has capacity for 6 people.
- Upon entering, you will find a large hallway, a room with two sofas, a TV and a bathroom.
- The second floor features a floral sofa set, as well as a large dining table with 6 chairs, as well as unique original decor accents and paintings.
- On the third floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace equipped with a deckchair and vases of flowers.
- The fourth-floor plays host to a spacious bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a small terrace adorned with flowering plants.
- The kitchen has beautiful wooden cabinets and beige countertops, and has equipment like dishwasher, hot water kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, freezer and refrigerator, stove, as well as cooking basics.
