The apartment was renovated in April 2023 and is equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning, wifi and a fully equipped kitchen in the living room with a sofa bed in addition to the double area. The bathroom is complete with shower and bidet, and a designer relaxation tub. The strong point is the magnificent level terrace equipped with table, chairs and umbrellas, as well as a sun bed.
