Villa Fava, one of the most prestige properties on Santorini, consists of 3 individual apartments (2 ground floor canavas and one on 1st floor) that can be used either unified as one house of 194 m2 total area that accommodates up to 12 persons, or as three totally separated apartments called Helios Suite, Gaia Suite and Aeolos Suite. All have specially insulated double wooden doors and with each compartment having its own bathroom with large showers and fully equipped Kitchens.



The fourth bedroom is the lower living area which has 3 double sofa beds for up to 6 guests, as well as the third bathroom.



The property offers 3 bedrooms with double beds and enough sofa beds to accommodate 6 more people! Also offering spacious areas for living, dining and sleeping and 3 spacious outdoor sitting areas under the vineyard and the white grape leaves. The apartment is furnished with 19th century wooden antiques, according to the traditional naval history of the first owners. The internal temperature varies from 21 to 24 Degrees Celsius throughout the summer period due to the bioclimatic vernacular construction of the residence. In the house you will also find Air-conditioning, 24-7 Wi-Fi access, iron and ironing board, 32 and 42 inch plasma TV’s with satellite channels, hair dryer, CD players with Classical Music CD's and multilingual Books.
