Villa Ginestra by Fantasia Villas
Villa Ginestra is a prestigious structure with pool in the heart of the land of the Etruscans and only a few km from the sea and from famous towns, like Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Volterra and S. Gimignano.
The villa’s panoramic site offers magnificient views from the pool and from the patio. All the rooms on the ground floor lead into the garden which surrounds the house. There are two private parking areas, two dining areas with large tables, stone BBQ, a spelndid infinity pool: everything in fact to enable you to spend relaxed evenings with friends, perhaps with a Florentice steak and sipping a glass of good Tuscan red wine.
The strategic position of the villa permits easy access to the local wellness center and natural spas, situated in the Montescudaio DOC area, at the edge of the Terratico of Bibbona and it is only 15 km from the town of Bolgheri and its world famous vineyards which produce the Supertuscan wines (Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Masseto etc).
