This lovely brand new Maisonette, is located just 100m from the promenade (seafront) of Bugibba, St Paul’s Bay. It is located in a brand new block of self-catering holiday apartments and a penthouse.

The apartment is on the ground floor. It has a back terrace of 12 sqm with outdoor furniture (table and chairs). The Apartment measures 50 sqm internally.
The apartment has a double bed and the possibility to add an extra single bed, a bathroom and a sofa. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 persons.

Fast unlimited Wifi internet
Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, electric oven, toaster, microwave, electric hobs, fridge freezer, etc.
Hair Dryer, iron and iron board and Washing machine.
Cots, highchairs and one extra bed are available on request.

Why they chose this property
'Sea Bliss' Apartments is a brand new building that consists of 6 Self Catering lovely holiday apartments. It is located in a quiet area in Bugibba just off the promenade and close to the Bugibba Centre, part of St Paul's Bay. Close by there are several grocery shops, pharmacies, bus stops, restaurants, bars, etc. They are are all within a few meters walking distance.
Getting around
Close by there is also the Malta National Aquarium, many nice Lidos, Beach Clubs, Bugibba Jetty (where you can take day cruises to the Blue Lagoon and Comino), takeaways, Al fresco restaurants, etc. For the kids, there is a playing area by the Aquarium and also an aquatic play area (open in Summer only).
Bugibba is a touristic destination, has many nice rocky beaches and also a perched sandy beach and it is close to all the major Sandy beaches.
St Paul's Bay is on the main bus routes that connect the North to the South.

What makes this property unique
• On arrival, we require a deposit against damages of €150. The rest is refunded to the guests before they leave the apartment after property inspection. For big young groups, the refundable deposit is of €50 per person.
• There is a National Environmental Contribution Tax of €0,50 per person per day (up to a maximum of Euro 5,00 per person per stay) that is also payable on arrival.
• The apartment can be used only for residential purposes.
• No smoking inside the flat.
• No pets.
• No parties, events or loud noise.
• No "Lost & Found" party goers.
• No Unsocial behaviour is allowed
• All rubbish/garbage/recycling is taken all out of the apartment and disposed of in the correct manner as instructions.
• Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when you are not using them.
• Lock the door and close the windows when leaving the property.
• Be careful when using cooking appliances, heaters, or other fire hazards.
• Treat the property as your own home.
Utilities Consumption
Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below:
0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week
100 kWh per apartment per week
These consumption references for water and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week.
If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption:
€0.42 per kWh for electricity and €8.60 per cubic meter for water.
The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay.
Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is euro 60/80 per month.
Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. IPTV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).
