This apartment is in a very quiet area in the North of Malta, St Paul's Bay, one of the main northern tourist areas. The best beaches are found just a few minutes away (Golden Bay, Mellieha beaches, Paradise, Bay, Blue Lagoon). It is ideal for romantic, relaxing and family holidays.

Apartment specifications:
Apartment is located on the 1st floor with no lift, 20 steps at the entrance. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub), 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 seperate living room with a sofa bed and a large seaview terrace with bbq. The views from the terrace are amazing. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished and also fully air-conditioned. The apartment has also the use of the roof terrace where there are 2 deck chairs for sunbathing. The apartment is up to 6 people.

The seaview terrace is 1. 5 m x 6 m and is equipped with gas Bbq and garden furniture
The internal area is about 80sqm.

Fast and unlimited WiFi internet and satellite TV
Well equipped kitchen including Electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Percolator, 4 hobs, fridge freezer,etc.
Hair Dryer, iron and iron board and Washing machine.

- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 150 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.

A sweet relaxing vacation

We stayed at the appartment for the second time. It has a convenient location (2 minutes from the "Xemxija" bus stop), marvellous sea view and all the things you need for a good rest and comfortable stay. We loved most sitting at the balcony anв observing the sea.

The apartment has got a perfect location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

we spent 5 nights in the apartment, it was easy to find it and park nearby. The local, almost private beach is superb and we enjoyed swimming there. Good clean and tidy accommodation. Very attentive owners easily accessible by Whatsapp or email.

Property was very clean and tidy. Great views from apartment and quiet location. Balcony would get sun in summer months but not during winter and spring. Nice touch was emergency food left in fridge for when we arrived. Owners always ready to help out during our stay and gave us good service on arrival at airport recommending bus stop and directions to accommodation as we were making our own way there which was easy on the X1 bus route (Roti bus stop). Could do with more shelving in bathroom and drawer space for clothes and better pillows but owners were very happy to receive our feedback for improvements and we were being very picky. Overall very happy with our stay just wish we had had better weather as unseasonally chilly and very windy all week.

Indeed the apartment has a very big terrace with wonderful seaviews. yes, the apartment needed renovations after the summer season and we have just completly revamped the whole apartment. We changed all the furniture, curtains and the sofa too.... all new :) The apartment is now looking very nice, bright and fresh. We are updating the pictures in the coming weeks. Overall a great stay!

Me and my friends stayed one week at this apartment and we enjoyed it. The view was great from the balcony. The time we stayed there, it had sun in the morning and not in the evening. It was not a problem for us though. The service was very good and it was no problem contacting them. The beds was ok. The only thing we thought of that was bad or less good was that the floors got really dirty. We didn't do anything particular which should have done the floors more dirty. I don't know if it's the type of the floors which is like that or if it was dirty when we first came there. It had a bus stop really close by and also a mini market. The closest supermarket was at Melliha and with the bus, it only took maybe 10 minutes. That store was called Valyou and had everything. One minute from the apartment, there was a beautiful bathing area with cliffs. They are offering a boat ride to Comino/Gozo for lower price if you book with them and I really recommend it! We got the tickets easy and everything went great. Overall, we had a great stay at this apartment. It was over our expectations! We would recommend it.

Astonishing

Posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge dato che si ha la fermata del bus molto vicina, casa confortevole (con TV satellitare) con fantastico balcone sul mare e ideale per mangiare, unico appunto non comodissima per uscire la sera se non si ha la macchina dato che tutti i locali sono a San Julian e si è piuttosto lontani

Grazie per la vs ricensione, Siamo molto contenti che vi siete trovati bene :) Appartamento e molto confortevole con terrazza con vista mare incantevole. L appartamento e molto vicino alle spiagge bellisime di Malta - Golden Bay, Paradise Bay, Laguna Blu, etc. Per le discotece ci sono i bus notturni che sono conveniente per raggiungere Paceville di sera. Great for a quiet holiday

Clean and well kept. Comfortable beds. Seating could be updated. Ideal for families. Full kitchen and washing machine, added bonus if you have kids. Great drying area too. Both a bath and shower room ( en suite) Neville and Ruth responded quickly to any problems and rectified as soon as possible. Will be booking again next year.m

Very sunny apartment!

This apartment was great, it had everything we needed. Ruth and Neville were quick to respond to any queries and helped us book a wonderful boat trip to comino and gozo! The apartment was quiet and overlooked the stunning views of St Pauls Bay. Not to mention we got the sun streaming in the apartment all day which was gorgeous! Never a dull day ;) clean, spacious, bright...just what we wanted to make our holiday what it was....wonderful!

Great views and excellent service from the owners

We stayed in the apartment for a week whilst visiting family and the Lost and Found festival. The apartment was situated in a great area with brilliant views of the sea. Neville was very helpful and accommodating. We would definately come again.

Silence and sun! what I neeed!

The representative was waiting for us when we arrived at the flat by taxi and showed us all about the kitchen equipment, air conditioning and TV. The big balcony with access from the kitchen and living has an awesome unobstructed seaview . We enjoyed a lot our dinner outside, drinking wine which is very good in Malta. The main bedroom has a canopy closed with glass where there is the washing machine. The flat was clean. The rep wil explain you how the bus system works and suplly you with maps and info. We has a problem with the toaster but it was promptly replaced next day. Very efficient team. The bay is quiet but there are 3 restaurants and a nice cafe lounge with amazing good cake. Grocery store and fruit stall walking 5 minutes on the promenade. You don t really feel going shopping! Hope we can come back soon Thnaks Neville

Great views and peaceful

A great place for a long let, quiet and restful. The apartment is in a privately owned block. The residents are friendly and helpful too. The owners Neville and Ruth are friendly and helpful. Any requests are met as soon as possible. Any problems in the apartment are dealt with immediately. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a quiet restful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas. As the bus stop is a short walk away everything on the island is within easy reach. The owners are a mine of information of where to go, and are only too happy to impart their knowledge. Would we go again the answer is yes as we are booked up again for our third year. Roll on December.

Great getaway

What a perfect time to come and see the small island of Malta. The weather was beautiful for our whole stay, the sea was 22degrees, so we were lapping up all the sunshine and warmth. Neville and Ruth's Bayview apartment really made us feel at home with stunning views of St Paul's Bay but away from the noisy traffic. Buses are easy to use, buying a cheap weekly ticket gave us the perfect way to explore the island on unlimited buses! Will definitely visit again. Huge thanks to Neville and Ruth for making it a splendid holiday!! :)

Great views and peaceful

A great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle if you want a quiet, restful holiday. The apartment is clean and well equipped. With a full cooker and washing machine as an added bonus. Beds are comfortable and you have a choice of double or single. The cost is for the apartment itself, regardless of the amount of people staying. (Within the capacity) Owners are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Anything you require they will get to you as soon as possible. Free WiFi too. Great 5 stars in our opinion that's why we are returning again.
