Perfect Area

Very good located , near to the beach, near to the city, supermarket is around and a few restaurants. :)

The villa could be lovely after a little TLC. Listed as sleeping 8 but one room was unusable due to air conditioning not working - reported multiple times and issue wasn’t resolved and lack of storage in that room as cupboards full with owners property, so would say 6 guests maximum.Daily power cuts which is apparently normal but we was not advised of this on booking similarly we wasn’t advised that there would not be sufficient amount of water for showering etc so spent most of the time worrying how many times we would run out. Damaged overhead beams on patio that were removed promptly by management company when we informed them although the maintenance team did not clean up behind themselves so we had to spend time sweeping up old nails and rotten wood. Broken pool tiles that wasn’t too much of an issue once we remembered where they were to avoid cutting our feet! Unfortunate as the villa is in a lovely location with very friendly helpful neighbours and has the potential to be a stunning holiday letting had it not been a little neglected. We were informed about the electric allowance but the £100 additional payment we had to pay seemed a little unfair as we had to run many fans just to make sleeping bearable without working air con - I suggest asking to see meter reading at the start and end of your stay as this was something we didn’t do but in hindsight maybe we should have.
