It is necessary to send the data of all guests with full name + document, 24 hours before check-in, so that the stay in the condominium can be registered. Note: we do not allow smoking inside our accommodation.

The Studio is located on the 5th floor, which allows a good breathtaking view of the city, mountain and neighborhood, in addition to the incredible ventilation that the location provides. Both the bedroom and living room have air conditioning, the kitchen is complete with microwave, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, electric oven, blender, placemat, wine glasses, glasses, pans, dishes, all cutlery and other utensils, in addition to providing basic items such as coffee, olive oil, salt, sugar and others.
