Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Host said he could not accommodate us and hung up.

I’m not sure if this is a joke!!! We could not stay at the property because the host could not accommodate us! We were on the phone with Vrbo for hours until our battery was dead and had to find a hotel at the most expensive rate to accommodate ourselves. I could not call Vrbo back to resolve the issue because I had a very busy work schedule. I will contact Vrbo as soon as I’m back home not only to ask for a refund but demand all the damages like transportation and hotel (not to mention the fact that I missed a meeting. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
