Rosehill is our beautiful 4 bedroom holiday cottage in Slapton, a pretty and unspoilt village with 2 pubs and a local store.

The house is very spacious and perfect for families with its large airy dining room and comfortable living room. It retains many original features with exposed stone walls and large beams. Rosehill is situated high up in the village and it is not overlooked with views over the countryside and the village.
Rosehill dates from the 1860s and has only had two owners to date.

The cottage sleeps 7 with 2 bathrooms: 2 double bedrooms (one en suite), one twin and one single room.
There is a large open plan well equipped kitchen with a cooking range, dishwasher and everything you need to cook lovely meals. The spacious dining room overlooks the countryside through large bay windows which can be fully opened in the summer. There is a wood burner in the lounge and chopped firewood is provided. The house and grounds are not overlooked so Rosehill feels very private despite being in the heart of the village.

The large patio terrace at the back of the house has a gas BBQ, a teak dining table and seating for 8.
There is a spacious rolling garden at the back and side of the property accessed via stone steps.
The house and garden are dog-friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs at an extra cost of £50 per stay.
A car park for two cars is situated at the road level and the house is accessible via a staircase and a gravel path.
