Finely restored cottage in the "La Querceta di Marnacchia" complex is located on the Marnacchia hill above Amandola. It is an oasis of peace for those seeking relief from the daily frenzy. The cottage enjoys a swimming pool shared with the other structure of the property and a breathtaking view of the Sibillini Mountains. Totally accessible even to people with different abilities.



The property is accessed from a car park for the exclusive use of guests

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please respect the silence in the common areas to avoid disturbing the guests of the other structure

The villa is located at the top of the Marnacchia hill between the municipalities of Amandola and Comunanza. It enjoys a 360° view, from the Adriatic Sea to the Sibillini mountains

To reach the villa it is necessary to have a car
