Casa Yare is located in a quiet and very well equipped complex in Costa Teguise, an ideal area to get to know the island and move around or to enjoy the nearby beaches.
The complex has a large swimming pool with lounge areas and sun loungers, children's playground, and outdoor area for various activities.
The house is on the second floor (accessible by taking 2 stair ramps) and has 2 large bedrooms both with air conditioning and wardrobes. The master bedroom has an extra large mattress (180 x 200) and Smart TV, while the other bedroom has a double bed and a small bed and also has a desk and a safe. From the bedroom you can enjoy beautiful sea views.
The living room has a large dining table, sofa and Smart TV.
From the living room you have direct access to the terrace with side sea view. It is equipped with another table, ideal for breakfast or outdoor dining.
The bathroom is very large and has a large shower and hairdryer (1 set of towels per person is provided).
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, large fridge, cooking utensils, toaster, kettle and capsule coffee machine.
The house also has an extra room with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes horse and iron.
