Pure Relax - Large terrace and Solarium By LVH
We want to inform you that a WORK is currently being carried out next to our house. This could cause, at specific times, some noise that could be annoying. We appreciate your understanding and patience while this work is ongoing.
The Pure Relax Home house in Costa Teguise is in an ideal location to enjoy the sun and tranquility. You can enjoy its charm with your family since it has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.
The living room has a comfortable sofa as well as the basic utensils to have in any living room such as the Smart TV or side table. The house has high speed Wi-Fi.
The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, juicer, mokka coffee maker and toaster. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine, a drying rack and cleaning tools such as a broom, mop, bucket, sink... etc
The bathroom has a shower tray.
It has an interior terrace of 20 m2 and an interior patio of 30 m2.
Surrounding the house you can enjoy the fenced garden that has different orientations and is equipped with hammocks for sunbathing until the last ray of sunlight falls. Between the garden and the house you also have an interior patio if you want the most privacy.
The house is just a few minutes' drive from the most famous beaches of Costa Teguise.
You can park for free in front of the property.
Keep in mind that if you lose, lose, or forget your keys and you have to go and open them, this may entail additional costs.
