This is a newly renovated luxury apartment that sits on the first floor overlooking one of the main canals. It has an open-plan modern interior and has been carefully designed to replicate a luxury hotel suite.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, bedroom with 160cm bed, storage with dressing area, large 55 inch, wall mounted SMART TV (with Apple television), shower room with large walk-in rainfall shower with a wand, vanity unit, heated towel rail, and WC. There is also a washing machine.
The apartment opens out onto a large terrace (half is covered to shade you from the sun). This terrace has outside dining, lighting for the evening, and Panoramic views over the canals of Port Grimaud.
There is parking available (opposite) upon request.
The apartment is situated in the heart of Port Grimaud, it is easily accessible to Port Grimaud 1&2 Beaches and all the bars, restaurants, and cafes of Port Grimaud.
There is a ferry to St Tropez (in season) that leaves from Port Grimaud 1 leaving regularly and into the evening.
