We brought my mom to Rome for the first time & she wanted to stay in a neighborhood versus the real touristy areas. This place is well taken care of & is just what she wanted. The neighborhood is peaceful with lots of local foods, groceries & coffee shops within walking distance. We walked from the villa to the Colosseum & around Rome. It's not real close but the beauty you see along the way is so worth it. Each bedroom has its own bathroom & AC, should you need it. I suspect the only complaint I have is it took me way too long to figure out how to run the clothes washer/dryer combo. However, once I figured it out, I watched a YouTube video, it worked wonderfully. The hosts provided us with a little bit of everything to start with & if we needed more, the grocery store was right down the street. We will definitely recommend this villa & the people who run it. They were helpful with transportation setups & answered any questions we had, which was a lot. Book it! You won't regret it. I guess I should say, this is a 3 story villa, so there are stairs involved. It wasn't an issue for us but just a caution if anyone has issues with lots of steps.
