This beautifully crafted villa has 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 double bedded rooms. All bedrooms offer flat screen TVs. One of the bedrooms offers a single bed as well. Also, there’s a comfy double sofa bed in the living room. One of the bedrooms includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Also, there are 2 bathrooms with showers as well. There’s a fully equipped open plan kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation designed in wood. Guests will find a friendly seating area along with the living room that has a smart TV. There’s free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. The decoration is absolutely relaxing and peaceful with the warm colors and traditional details. Outdoors, there’s the private swimming pool with its sunbeds for your ultimate relaxation under the Aegean sun. Also, there’s a BBQ installation and a sitting area to enjoy a gathering with your loved ones.
The villa is located at a very convenient location where you can find Ixia Beach at a driving distance of only 5 minutes. Also, nearby you will find everything you might need during your stay such as shops, pharmacies, restaurants, car rentals etc. The airport of Rhodes is found in less than a 20 minute drive. You should visit Old Town of Rhodes, only a 10 minute drive, which is considered the oldest inhabited medieval town in Europe. Another marvelous site worth visiting is Lindos Acropolis as well as Lindos idyllic beaches which are found at a driving distance of 50 minutes.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:

• From 01/04 to 31/10: 15€ per night
• From 01/11 to 31/03: 4€ per night
