Modern 3-bedroom flat. Ideal for enjoying with the family. In the Arena neighbourhood, a few minutes' walk from San Lorenzo Beach. Although it has all the amenities, it does not have a lift and is located in an area with multiple services.
Distributed across 3 rooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. Independent living room and kitchen, full bathroom and toilet
